Four links permit simultaneous movement in two directions. Relieves tension in hips, knees, ankles and calves and softens the impact on cartilage and ligaments. Special treads adapt to foot ensuring permanent contact with stirrup. Due to rubber coating that covers the link mechanism, we suggest buying a half size larger than normal stirrups. We all love these stirrups!!!!
